hall pass rant!:

Ok, I am really sick of this new system at school, where you have to have a pass to go to anything from a study. For example, today, as I was preparing to go listen to a lady from Union college speak about the school, I with my pass in hand from my guidance counsler, the art teacher (i'm really bad with names) that was sitting at the desk in the SLC says "where are you going? you need a proper college visit pass in order to leave the ice blah blah blah" and since I got this pass from my guidance counsler, I think to myself, gee there is really something horribly wrong with the administration in this school. So finally, after some haggling, they let me go. So when I finally got down to the guidance office, they told me I needed a pass from the teacher whose block I was missing. So I had to walk BACK down to the SLC get a pass from them, and then back again to guidance, whereas the lady from Union college was 15 minutes late, for a 30 minute presentation, not much was said that isn't already on their website sigh... :-(

And then, tonight @ the meeting for the senior class play I learn that a majority of our rehersals are on Wednesday nights, which when I have my SAT class!!!!!! So the meeting got out early, so I drove Linda and Elouise to their respective houses before going to SAT class.
But that's all for now, as I sit here studying my AP physics for my test tomorrow :-(
